Report a translation problem
Ive done it so many times Ive lost count for a .. certain item, but if your running with mods or anything there might be a conflict.
Since they cant be Order 66'd without Jonathan alive.. he must live. Isnt much else to it im afraid.
I can only think of mods ruining that progress, as nothing else springs to mind.
I'm not sure to be honest if it's time or player character level that trips the alive / dead condition for his parents.
