(keep in mind if they never had a animation made for something they will either do something odd or refuse to do it -> goblins hump their bows if you use a bow skill and refuse to use bow basic attack).
Its kinda sad in general that they killed off all the Orcs and Imps i would love to play as an Orc.
As far as modded ya wish races both in game and outside could be modded in easier and better some have attempted to do some things in recent year or so but a lot of that requires many steps and idk if even then if they work for campaign.
Imp and Orc could have easily been done. Just don't murder hobo. One of the biggest downsides of the game was completely negating the entire 6-pack. Amadia was even represented by the undead.
Just know this OP; some of us really would have liked all 6 ( 7 ) options as well. Especially when you go through the whole plot and realise what's actually happening.
The funny part is that the game tells us about the six gods "and their choosen ones". That indicates that there must be a Orc and Imp Godwoken and we even talk to the Imp Goddess shortly and see the Orc god hanging on the tree.
So for me it looks like it was planned but then they had to cut it because of time and or resourse issues which is kinda sad.
