Love Has A Price
So I went through the quest and confronted Lovrik, our discussion ended with him shattered in to frozen pieces on the floor. The quest log still tells me to confront Lovrik and as such the quest is not being marked as complete.

I suppose you used The Red Prince in this quest. If yes, that's a known bug. If you use The Red Prince to engage in this quest, there is a chance that the quest will hang after the sexual encounter and Lovrik won't have any additional dialogue options for you to progress with the quest. And even if you kill Lovrik, there is a chance that the quest still won't close.

No I used Fane for this quest as he is my main. We defeated the thieves and confronted Lovrik, which ended with us killing Lovrik. Now the quest still says to confront Lovrik and isnt completing.

It ended with killing Lovrik because we chose the dialog option to kill him.
