Can't douse the flaming historian
I tried it through raining blood before I crafted it by buying the necessary skill books, and earlier even teleported one of my members next to him and bloodied it, it didn't douse the flame or nothing! I guess it's broken for me.

Did you try Blessing him 1st? I think that's part of the sequence, but don't remember if that comes 1st or 2nd.

yep, but no avail, I think its broke for me.

The only thing you need to do is cast Bless on him. Your game is bugged if that doesn't work.
