Kemms Deflector question.

Is this basically a permanent Deflecting Shield? What is the bonus armor I am getting from the shield?

Any point on keeping Deflecting Shield skill equipped when using this shield? Other than maybe for the bonus armor regen from casting it? Does it double reflect damage if casted?

It is a permanent Deflecting Shield, plus whatever armor it provides. If you could use that skill slot for another skill, then you don't need to equip it b/c the item gives it (there's no double reflected dmg). The bonus armor regen could be an argument for keeping the skill in the slot I guess. Depends on your build. At this pt in the game, you're the best judge for how your armor is holding up.

Plus a 15% blocking chance is nothing to sneeze at. I'm assuming this is on a mage. If it's on a 1H melee fighter, An Maflin is a better shield and is found in Kemm's Crypt in the area w/ the shrine to the God King .

Thanks for the reply, I'm using this shield on my Cleric, the An Maflin Shield is on my Blood Mage. I dropped Deflecting Shield seeing as 1 Fortify Scroll would provide the same armor for 1 less AP.

Filled that memory slot with Deep Freeze instead. >:)
