Idk if you can see all inventory stashes in MP but for your chained characters it should work the same.
As for outside party companions: We're not even sure how/if you can reliably keep them around.
The bartering however is the worst system I ever faced in a (PC) game and annoys me to no end. Especially the fact that gold is not shared between the chars, you have to transfer it first. I don't know why the the usual "Magic Hands" system to take stuff from your companions is not on during bartering.
Yup. But you also have to transfer the gold first, so both is part of the problem. If not all is prepared before the bartering, the process has to be stopped sooner or later. When I first had to abandon it after long time clicking on both sides to get items into the central windows, I was near to throw the game out of my Steam account. Of course you could say, my fault for being lazy.
Best would be to combine Bartering and Lucky Charm on one char, but I don't longer care, I usually sell and forget the loss.
I dont mind the seperate inventories. Simple things like that would fix this.
I mentioned this in the suggestions forum, saying they should use Wizardry 8's inventory mechanic. Each character has a small personal inventory, and then there is a party inventory thats weight is distributed among all characters. Makes it far easier to shop.
In DoS, you often have a character that has lucky charm that you want opening chests/etc, but often that character isn't the one you want food or crafting ingredients on. A party inventory would solve this.
