Accused of murder on Bloodmoon Island
After killing the Black Ring guys around the tree, the advocate appeared and gave us our reward. However, 2 seconds after we stopped talking to him, both my friend and I were forced into a conversation with two of the Advocate's minions who both accused us of murder. I failed a persuasion and then the advocate and his minions all turned hostile.

Has this happened to anyone else? Neither of us remember murdering anyone innocent.

I think it happens if you outright attack the Black Ring guys without talking to them first.

Also happened to me when some fire surfaces remain after the Advocate teleported to the scene of murder.
