The sex options took me by surprise
But I have to say I am really enjoying the ability to twist every party member around my finger with just a little bit of sexual manipulation.

A nice touch to give us devious types another way to make people more loyal to you, without having to promise them anything.

I had always avoided it before, but I was given the choice 3 times so far, at the end of every major act plus the red prince.

As an example if you do the red prince and fane, it goes into some interesting details about the prince including grinding his bits into fane's pelvic bones.

They made the same sex so normal I didn't even notice it until the 2nd play through.

near the end of escaping on the boat from the nether the first time, when you are travelling from reapers coast to the mysterious isle, and when you are gearing up to go to arx after escaping from the collapsing island.

Roughly, I don't recall exactly at what point just around those times. Generally it's right before you transition to a new area.

Then if you play as the red prince you have that special scene in the horse cart.

Haven't had any.
I'm playing as a custom character though and not any of the origin stories.
