How is this playing on a Mac?
I wondered how well this game is performing right off the bat on Mac systems? Being it is a new release on that format, I wondered if there were problems or bugs that one can often expect with a new release.

Also, If you are playing on a Mac, are you using High Sierra or Mojave?

Requires AVX2 instructions in the CPU and cannot use Nvidia chipsets so I cannot play under MacOS. Plays fine under Bootcamp. I have heard of some graphics issues from a couple people running under MacOS. Might want to run "sysctl -a | grep machdep.cpu.features" in Terminal to make sure you see AVX2 in the results before purchasing if you do not already own the game.

For me the game is running but graphics are just horrible... So I refund for now and I wait for a fix.

Plays like a dream on my years-old iMac running Mojave. When I bought it, I assumed I'd have to set all graphic options to lowest and the resolution way down... This same Mac choked on the first Divinity. I was pleasantly surprised that the default, very nice-looking (like the store page screenshots) graphic settings led to smooth as butter gameplay.

Smooth as butter on even my macbook pro retina 2015. Running on Ultra in High Sierra.

playing on iMac (27-inch, Late 2013)
3,2 GHz Intel Core i5
RAM 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
NVIDIA GeForce GT 755M 1024 MB
the game runs fine except for some flickering rectangles on dark place with fire light (torch, campfire) btw the other graphic is good (playing at low settings, but got an old machine) till now no other problems detected

I'm also having the 27-inch, Late 2013 mode, but I have GTX780M.
I agree to the "running fine" part... but the flickering rectangles is really very disorienting... Is it better once you reach brighter areas?

I am still in the tutorial area...

Can you tell us your machine specs or what OS you are running?

I'm playing on a Macbook Pro 2017 with Radeon Pro 560 and Mojave. Runs great! Ultra with decent resolution and ok framerates. They even added touchbar thingies so that's nice.

Unplayable on my macbook pro retina early 2015. Grahpics come in negative with heavy artifacting all over the screen, like snow. Tried reducing settings to lowest quality and still terrible. Can't play at all, hoping for an update before I'm forced to return it.

specs
High Sierra 10.13.6
MacBook Pro (Retina, 13 inch, early 2015)
2.7 GHz Intel Core i5
16 GB ddr3 memory
Intel Iris Graphics 6100 1536 MB

Game requires AVX2 so doesn't launch, hold command key on launch changes nothing, updated high sierra to last version changed nothing.

So what? Is this going to be fixed?

Hello all,

Two questions:

1. Are you able to play online multiplayer co-op with friends on PC?

2. Anyone tried running this on a MacBook Pro (15" Retina, Late 2013) 2.3GHz i7 / 16GB DDR3 / Nvidia GT 750M 2GB? If yes how does it run?

Thank you!

1. Yes
2. Nvidia cards are not officially supported. People can tell you more about issues you might encounter
