Atrophy issue
Recently had a character atrophied. First Aid did not cure it. My mage tried a variety of healing spells, no effect. Bless a no go. I'm out of ideas and the condition seems permanent

Nevermind: turned out to be a temporary game bug. Reloaded game and then used first-aid. Did the trick.

Seems you fixed it but there is one unique that gives you atrophy status so maybe it could have been from that and it just glitched.
