tinkerer wont remove collar?

i did the arena battle and got told to talk to that tinkerer blacksmith woman to remove my collar but all she does is talks about dallis and nothing about removing my crap?
i think ive bugged it because i didnt talk to her about it very much before going into the arena?

i did not see this happen before.
afaik she will only remove the collar on your main character (the one you made for yourself).
To be honest its not a big deal since *spoiler* very soon the rest of the collars on your party will also be removed.
Try reloading a previous save or perhaps talking to the arena NPCs again.

i didnt go to her for ages after doing the arena because i know the magisters will attack when she takes it off so reloading isnt an option. ive tried talking to the arena woman again and she just keeps saying im awesome cause i won and that i should see the tinkerer

You can also remove your collar at Amadia's shrine where the seekers are if this one doesnt work for you. If you ask me its not a big deal if you cant remove it but thats just me

so these idiots were talking like it was my main guy who won but it was my other guy instead.
this other guy is also the 1 that got the winning hit in at the end of the arena battle

Removing the Collar does make it a bit tricky to travel through Fort Joy. Or is it OK to kill all the guards there?

I just killed all of the guards who tried to send me to the dungeon.

i get to level 4 and buy new spells then fight grif and his people. then remove a collar and start on killing every magister in the whole fort till there r none alive
