Leadership is worth it?
I played DOS1 and when i saw this new nerf leadership i didn't like it so i didn't put any point.
I'm in my first game (second most difciulty) LVL15.
I understand if you are making specific builds is good bc of the resistences, but for my first game i don't feel it.
I have Fane, invocation 10 with suport skills healing armor magic armor
beast two handed
The elf rogue two daggers
The hunter with a bow.

It is worth to put some ponits and whit what character?

I think you might what to consider using a shield with a Leadership character. I think effectively, it makes the enemies want to attack it often. Either it's because of Aura or that everyone else is "tougher" or both? Because the boost excludes the Leader. In addition to being able to use Shield skills like Reflect Shot or something, which grants passive DPS to the Leader.

I don't know about on lower difficulties, but on Tactician Honour I think their targeting favor weaker characters (for their attack type) unless you're really close to them and it takes AP to get to the rear weak ones. So it essentially makes your grouped up party (7 meter aura) have a magnet. But once you buff the Leader with a resist potion, at high levels it can make your Resistance equipped and buffed party near invulnerable to most magic and even heal from attacks including walking in Necrofire, etc. They will also dodge a lot of physical attacks. But if your rogue ventures too far ahead or your hunter Tactical Retreats away, then they will not get the bonus.

But in general, I think if you fight in damaging Surfaces a lot, then this would be the biggest help. And if you spread out, then it's not really worth it.

The only one who have shield is my invocation dude + healer i don't have points to go on leadership.
So i tihnk the answer is no, is not worth it.

Leadership can be worth it, if you have multiple characters who uses summons. That extra toughness does make them last 1-2 hits more.
Unfortunately, it is much weaker than what it was in D:OS1, as it is purely a defensive buff now. Would be awesome if it gave +1% crit chance per rank as well(up to a cap of +10%).

You can try Beast maybe if you want to give it a shot. He's pretty tanky right? You don't NEED a shield, but that just helps synergize with it, imo. It looks like you already have 2 physical focus damagers anyway. If you remove Warfare points, it might not impact your party that much if you're already overkilling in the Physical damage portion.
