OP Soul Mate Combo - Is it Working as Intended?
A friend and I were playing through the Arx segment and during the fight with Lord Kemm we killed him in one round by casting Soul Mate on him and consuming Dinners/Large Potions with the 5 Star Diner talent. This did something like 10k damage (due to being undead) in one turn and killed him before the round he entered in on ended.
This does not seem balanced whatsoever, combine that with Decaying touch and it can be applied to anything living as well (decaying will turn healing into damage).
Don't know if this is known and accepted or not, but it didn't seem right.

TL;DR Soul Mate + Undead/Decaying Touch + 5 Star Diner + Dinners/Large potions seems OP as ♥♥♥♥♥ and doesn't seem balanced.

Seems fine to me, given that in order to do it, it requires a specific perk, the target being undead and the enemies physical armor being already down. Its somewhat a part of this game´s design to reward players who find combinations like this and only glaring issues like the infinite AP per turn exploit get fixed.

Its a bit ridiculous how quickly things die with that combo however.
Physical isn't that hard to crack, especially if they're not a tank and as soon as you get a foot in the door they're dead. Not even mentioning PvP, where if you're an undead you can't win period against that strat. As there is no way you can avoid a soul mate bond with armour.
I can understand powerful combos existing, but being able to chunk like that just feels like an exploit.

It's as intended as being able to use Telekinesis to throw unbreakable chests filled with barrels of oil to oneshot anything in one motion, or Terrain Transmutation to instagib anything and everything using a single patch of lava or Deathfog.
