royal fire slug, can the quest be finshed?
I've the letter to give to someone but when i leave the island I can't come back

I've not left yet, but got told before i leave there is no coming back

Ah. Well then, yes you can finish the quest - but you need the Pet Pal perk, and to have not killed the Royal Fire Slug.

You can get back into the fort from outside but after leaving the island you cannot return. From memory the game gives you a warning before you take the leave action so you can go back and finnish quests, ect.

There is no any quest related to it afaik. You can talk to her with red prince to get slightly different letter, but that's it.
