Cat the appraiser - two items not found

I didn't pay attention to the quest and realize I needed to get the three items for Cat until I tried to continue another quest and the dude wouldn't talk to me until she was gone. So I turned my attention to Cat. Fortunately I had an item for her, the painting, and I gave it to her. She wants the rest. I have no clue where those other two items are. I looked everywhere in bags, The Lady Vengeance, back in the location the items are supposed to be found. I couldn't find the other two items anywhere.

So I'm not sure if I even ever picked up the scroll. Now I'm starting to wonder if the cup was there or not, but I can see the room isn't the same as in the guide. I looked through merchants and can't find it even though from what I noticed I can't sell quest items (they don't show up in my inventory when I'm in the trade window and if I try to sell a bag of items I can't because it says "contains quest item."). So I don't think I sold it, but I also can't find them.

Well I found the cup in my inventory but still no scroll.

Finally found that too in another bag. This quest is a real pain in the butt.
