How Multiplicative Damage and Additive Damage Works?
I was talking to this really really mad guy here on the community and he explains to me there's those two kind of damage. One is additive, where, of course, will add the extra damage to the formula and the other is multiplicative, where will multiply inside the formula.

Which are additive and which are multiplicative? I was talking to him about Ranger VS Warfare but since I don't have this character anymore I can't test about it. I'm building now some kind of juggernaut, a lower Tank with high damage.

The first guy in the party (Red Price) uses only Two-Handed weapons.
The second guy in the party (Beast) uses only Dual Wielding weapons.

Of course I want to build as much damage as possible and I'm using Fort Joy Respec MOD that allow me to recustomize my characters in Fort Joy Beach. In this moment I went there and rebuild Red Price (Two-Handed) completly just for test purpuse.

All Points in Warfare as Red Price:

All Points in Two-Handed as Red Price:

All Points in Warfare as Beast:

All Points in Dual Wielding as Beast:

So... I still don't know which one is better, Two-Handed or Warfare for Red Price and Dual Wielding or Warfare to Beast. Anyways, can someone explain me how damage works, what is the formula that I can use to do the math?

I want to build two kind of "Juggernauts", I'm using the same build as Polymorph and everything else, the only difference between Red Price and Beast is that Red Price uses only Two-Handed weapons and Beast uses only Dual Wielding weapons.

You can see which is better by looking at the damage in their stat block for each setup. That damage takes all this mathematics into account.

I know I can see the end result by looking at the number, but poeple is saying, for exemple, points in Two-Handed is better for an early game strategy, but late game is trash. Warfare is better to late game, but is trash to early game, so.... Yeah, you can see in the SS, almost no difference between Two-Handed and Warfare.
I seem to remember that the multiplication occurs at a better part of the formula for warfare, but that might be bollocks.

In the mean time, this might help just to see whats better: http://www.irodemine.com/divinity2/damage.php

Wow, nice, thanks.
Dual Wielding Penalty is how the game works when you are holding a weapon in the Offhand? That means you will always receive half damage from that second weapon? Do you know if there's anyway to remove that penalty?
