I want someone specific, I can have that using some MODs but I don't find that in official.
It depends what you mean. The preset class determines your starting weapon, but you can change the attributes, Talent, and abilities of the preset to what you want.
You can also change the starting skills, but that has limitations: You can only choose from level 1 starting skills, and you need to have invested a point into one of those abilities to choose those skills. You can pick up to three skills from a possible 8 available (four for each of the two combat abilities you could choose).
Everything I just said is possible to do without mods in the character creation screen. Surely you have seen the character creation screen.
Later on though, using the mirror, you can respec your appearance, Attributes, Abilities and Talents, but your already-known skills and current equipment don't change. Obviously.
