I don't believe you can with the unmodded version of the game

There's usually a bazillion of them around though.

Any ingredient vendor will sella minimum of 10 every restock. Once you end act 1, you can get like 90 on the ship, primarily in the captain quarters.

I don't saw that much. I'm in Fort Joy and just reach that other place where you need to bypass those elemental flower trap. I got a lot in the starting ship, got some around the Fort, but I didn't reach 90, neither close than that, even buying from NPCs.

You’ll get the 90 or so later. Nebora the tinkerer and Exter at the seeker camp will have ten per inventory reset. Inventory resets every hour or on level up, whatever happens first. As I said though, at the end of act one you’ll find yourself on a ship. You should be able to get a massive amount of them on that ship. Usually is enough to get through act two depending on what you use them for. I tend to only craft healing, resistance and invisibility potions though. The stat boost ones don’t tend to be useful as you can’t just craft the larger ones and the basic +1 stat ones don’t add enough to be worth it.

Well... Nebora is dead, Exter I don't know.
Anyways, nice to know the reestoking time.
I think I know which boat is that one.
After leaving Fort, I did what I do and explore the map.
Moving around the island I saw a boat, but didn't adventure in there yet.

I found the witch there, killed her, took the mask and while searching more I found some dead guards, some guys that I killed that may being the responsable for the dead guards and at the cost I saw a big boat.

Is that one? I think you know the one I'm talking about.

I rarely use potions.

Shield Up, Fortify, Frost Armor, 2/3 Necromancer points are more than enough.

In end game, using restoration (only need 1 hydro point) is greater than any potions.

Unless you are playing all str/fin characters, no reason to stock potions.

Technically no, but yes. It'll be after the big fight when you're about to leave the island.

As for Nebora... Dunno why she'd be dead, logically speaking there isn't a reason to kill her. She won't drop enough to be worth it and she has no armor values meaning she offers no exp when killed. The amount of money potentially made with her alive is better than otherwise. But the rocks, sticks and arrow components and you can make a nice profit making charm arrows in the next act. Just my thoughts there. She's a very useful merchant to keep around.

How many do you need? In my game I stopped picking them up after I hit 50. Probably was mostly on the ship after you leave the first island, but I don't remember ever being low on them.

You can get by the flower traps using the teleport gloves, btw. Just teleport them all into a pile off to the side and you can walk through.

Or just click and drag to throw them, or as I often do, just walk through and ignore them. Bedroll to heal any damage that gets through.

I left Fort Joy, then I return to do more stuff, guards attacked me because I'm a fugitive, suddenly, she is there in the fight, fighting at my side along em against the guards. I couldn't protect her, she died and I can't revive her.

That's the story behind her death, I still don't know the reason for fighting with me.

That's a mechanic that I don't know why does exist.
Bedroll should be placed, so we can lie down and rest.
For some reason we can hotbar it and use from there.
Resting while walking around the map.

By the way, the way I pass this part was moving at the side of the fire flower, getting inside the poison flower and avoind the eletric flower. Poison didn't do that much damage, I lost only 15% of the health.

like other ppl said you can't craft it, but check out this mod: it gives you empty bottles back when you drink potions, realistic if you ask me but by the time you reach act 2 you should have many many empty potions even in the unmodded game, i had 100+

Once you've left the fort, you're a fugitive. The magisters attack on sight once you've gotten out. Since NPCs in the fort often like you, they will fight with you. Guess that is the one situation that makes sense. So many people seem to kill off the NPCs for items or exp (most offer none) that I tend to assume that is the case XD
