Face ripper in Reapers Coast?

I'm solo running with Ifan and of course I sold the face ripper I got in Fort Joy because I thought it was for creating the mask that only Fane needed to wear. However I've just reached an area and Ifan said to himself "I better get a mask of the shapeshifter, and fast" which makes me believe the next part is going to require me to disguise myself.

Problem is I need to craft the mask but I have no idea where to find the face ripper in act 2? I've read online that there is 1 in the graveyard and 1 in the tavern and I've gone to those locations but I cannot find it for the life of me.

Would someone be kind enough to literally pin point the exact location where these face rippers are in act 2 please?

For the tavern I cant say, but for the graveyard it is in the mansion's basement, you need to follow Ryker's questline to go down there without triggering a fight.

I've been down there and it's not there, unless I picked it up already and dumped it somewhere...

Inside the hiddem room straight ahead from the stairs? If it is not there then you took it and threw it away.

The tavern one is upstairs in the locked bedroom. You have to make friends with the innkeeper for the key or break open the door, likely starting a fight with everyone up there.

It won't start a fight, the door is not even red, and you can picklock it any time without sneaking.

There's no urgency in making the mask, so long as you have Fane's mask once you take it from Windego in Act I, you'll be more or less set for any racial specialties you might need.
