The first time we encounter Dallis is on board of the Lady, it is possible to kill her or there is some Deus Ex Machina Voodoo ♥♥♥♥ Magic to save her?

That's not the first time you can fight her. When they kill Atusa is, right at the first time you enter Fort Joy.

That said, if you've beaten the game and know everything you can about her...

She can become a dragon. When you beat her by getting her below half or more, she transforms and escapes.

So yes, in both cases you can fight and win against her. She even drops her 2H hammer the first time and a 1h mace and shield the second time. They're quite powerful for their level.

Thanks.

The defeat and escape happens if you damage either her or Alexander the first time or the hooded guy the second enough to trigger it. It doesn't have to be her.

The easiest way to kill her on the ship is probably teleporting her into the middle of the dead seekers, then using mass corpse explosion. If you can set it up with living on the edge and any other buffs, she'll go down from that alone. If you want extra assurance, teleport a weaker enemy next to her and use normal corpse explosion on that after the mass one. Glass cannon, adrenaline boost, and ambidextrous all help on the setup, as well as delaying turns if you are able to tank that first wave, or mind maggot/love grenade the half with no magic armor.

Oh, mass corpse explosion needs you to have gotten most of the xp in act 1 so you are at level 9 on the ship. Very doable. Then, don't kill Tarquin and buy a source necro book from him. Should have a pyro one laying around for the combination.
Ah this is one of my favorite cheeses. Save all barrels for transportation so you blow up almost every enemy at the beginning of the fight. Then teleport and kill her with your souped up casters ( You need at least 1 guy with torturer and worms tremor ). You can also use deathfog barrel and lots of teleport scrolls. Obviously the easiest way in honor/tactician is using your souped up necro with corpse explosion but the other ways work too if you're doing enough dmg with casters or rangers. Just save 1 enemy for last to maximize exp so that the fight doesn't end sooner and dhalis escapes. The reason why i don't use corpse explosion at the start is because i kill and steal all seekers ( except gareth ) to maximize exp. The boat gear she drops are great stat sticks.

Death fog shouldn't work on Dallis, as she is undead.

Not only that, she is a boss type, bosses are imune to deathfog, anyway I cheesed her by going up on the walls, finding a nice spot, blocking the stairs and then just laid on her with my ranged attackers;

Where'd you read deathfog? Nvm, I missed that. Though I believe that it was meant for all the adds, not Dallis herself.

Bosses who are undead. Alexxander, Slane, Radeka, Trolls, Jahan, Advocate, Abomination, and any other boss who is not undead will die to deathfog.
That's really weird. On the Lady Vengeance fight I didn't get anywhere near to killing Dallis. I just teleported her down and she took a little bit of damage, transformed and escaped. She still dropped the hammer. Granted, Malady was about to teleport everyone, so I don't know if that broke something or what, but for me all I had to do was teleport her down and then the fight ended basically after that, giving me her hammer.

lame. such an easy fix for this as well. The AI should simply flee the battle if you do that.
