teleport the firelamp to your feet and you will be instantly nice and hot, then drag it inbetween the Roth family and they will thaw out and speak to you, they will tell you they are heading to the town and and you a key to the chest that's pn teh sunken boat, again you teleport that to you and it will just break and you get all teh stuff.
If you are having trouble not freezing to death, a teleporter pyramid down there, and one outside should work. Just use it every few seconds and let chill wear off.
I learned something new, since I just lit them all on fire with an oil barrel and spammed through the dialogue before they could freeze again.
But what did work was sending one person in, doing the earthquake spell, healing them, and talking to the father.
Then it didn't matter how long it took, no one died or froze. Eventually, they all ran out.
I used the pyramid to get in and out. You don't have to put one in there, you can keep your other party members outside with another pyramid and use yours to immediately teleport to them.
You probably missed a torch or candle somewhere. Lighting them does warm the place up.
You can put it on the floor and everybody becomes the status warm . First it doesnt reach the frozen people, put it always 10-20 Footsteps ahead from you and follow. After the second time you already reach the people and can talk. The warm effect holds long enough , so they can run outside after the dialoge, same for you and your group
