Second to that. No previoud methods work on the pet basket, it must be somewhere else. So, the question still stands, where is it?

Tried that, casted Apportation on the red pet basket, didn't work. Is there some prerequisite for the item to appear that I might be missing?

Move the red pet basket first. It was originally only spawned when the basket moved, as if it fell out.
