why are some of the gift bag options locked?
started a new game, enabled some of the gift bag features to try them out yesterday

loaded my game back up today and wanted to enable more of them but a lot of them have a padlock symbol? and i cannot activate them

Means they're already active and can't be deactivated.

You already activated those locked ones. Some of them you cannot turn off once activated that is why they show up as locked.
