"Every Mother's Nightmare" in Definitive Edition

Simple question: I've noticed this "quest" doesn't even appear in the journal anymore. Has it been demoted to unmarked? Is it bugged? Did Larian otherwise change it?

Is that the quest in Fort Joy?
Then yes they changed it, even before the new editiion as far as I know. It was changed with a big update some time ago.

They only removed it from the Journal. The actual content of said "quest" is still the same. Talk to person x, then person y, back to person x, done.

It was a broken quest that they didn't fix so deleted it instead.
