Blank Necormancy Skill Book
Hi, i want to know where to find or make blank necormancy skill books, I'm trying to complete the quest with the skull merchant las\dy who wants the exploding corpses skill book!!!! please help

You don't need one.

You need one Necromancy book WITH a skill (non-Source) and one Pyrokinetic book WITH a skill (non-Source). Combine those.

Just found one - Tarlene on the boat sells one, she is in the crows nest accessible going up the ladder on the main deck
