Also they automatically know characters weaknesses and such, every single enemy basically has maxed-out Loremaster and can tell who's a living or undead and thus if they should cast healing spells on them or not to cause damage.
Alot about the combat system of this game is actually nonsense.
In thepatch notes for Definitive Ed. they mentioned that the taunt skill now favors the taunter but unfortunately I find that this is not the case. I ran numerous tests using Provoke and shackle. My observations are thus:
1.If there are any team mates in combat, enemies will instead go out of their way to attack them instead defeating the whole purpose of the skill/ tank build. How very sad.
2. If there are no other team mates in combat. They simply won't attack (often). In about 5 reloads I was hit ONCE the enitre time from a group of 5 taunted enemies. i believe the A.I, knowing what buffs are on you and deeming it not worth while to attack see fit to conserve AP instead. Clever but really that fun.
Out of all the changes I wanted to see in the Definitive Edition this was the problem that I was hoping would be resolved.
Larian, Oh Larian, my grief is inconsolable (that is unless you fix it...please)
