Sir Lora disappeared

I just freed Gareth but Sir Lora is nowhere to be found.
Was he supposed to disappear at this point?

No he most likely ran into the shrieker and died.

I think that's probably what happened because in my next hall of heroes visit I saw the spirit of Sir Lora... he's still with me but only in spirit.
Is there any way to ress him now? The resurrection scroll doesn't seem to work :/

Sadly you cannot ressurect him so if you want him to be alive you need to reload a save where he is still alive.

too bad, it's seriously too late now for a reload and I don't even know when exactly he died, I didn't notice at all!
Would have be nice at least if my characters addressed the fact he died or the system informed me in some way.
Oh well, thx anyway for the response

ive seen a few posts like this and the same thing happened to me, hopefully the devs will make it easier to keep him alive, and to notice him...

Uh, he rejoins you as a spirit and the quest continues as if nothing happened. Try using spirit vision. If you haven't visted the hall of echoes and obtained bless yet, he will rejoin as a visible spirit when you do, but will be invisible unless you have spirit vision up once you reach reaper's coast.
