Sir Lora disappeared?

Ok, so i started a new game this morning in the Definitive edition. i got to for joy and found Sir Lora. he was following me around and making comments for hours. i logged out to do a few things, and then when i reloaded the game he was gone. i cant find him anywhere. i looked back where i first got him and nothing. and interestingly i loaded an early save and he's not there. its like i never had him. anyone have any idea of what might have happened or how to fix this? thanks in advance for the help.

Similar thing happened to me he just disappeared i know i had him when i went to the arena but at some point he vanished. Guess he gave up on his quest and is off in some tree with a crippling nut addiction.

oddly i found him later as a ghost. so i guess he died sometime and was waiting for me. Im plaing Fane if that matters. but he's back now, just a ghost.
