DOS: Definitive edition biggest changes?

Hey there. I dont have exactly time to read true all 52 pages of patch notes but could someone tell me briefly what are biggest changes brought by this update. Please dont insult me I am university student, semestr just started and I am just little short on time.

Alot of balance changes and they changed the ending of the game and alot of the quests are changed up as well. I started fresh and there is tons of new stuff on Fort Joy that ive never encountered before. Im loving it!

Here you have the balance changes, basically nothing changed, op things are still op, maybe a few early spells with less cooldown might impact the game, the rest, all the same, as per quests, yeah they changed how quests play via new dialogues, not that crazy tho, just a smoother experience.
