bink2w64_original.dll is not part of Divinity Original Sin 2. Our guess is that file is needed by an installation of a third-party mod, such as an achievement unlocker.
If you let steam verify the integrity of game files (right click on the game in steam -> properties -> local files -> verify integrity of game files), the game should launch fine.
This may cause you to lose some third-party mods, so check for updated versions of the mods you're using.
Download the latest bink2w64.dll and _original.dll (from nexusmods Achievement unlocker), put them in the classic folder. For me this worked!
