How to kill shrieker ??

I find out that only purging wand can kill it,So I using it but it dosen't do any damage to it,what can you use efectivly against itm ???

The purging wand grants you a skill to detroy them, otherwise it has no special effects.

Hold on,what is the spurge ? It's in form, spell, wepon or what ? I m hit it with that purging wand cuple times, then I try poison arrows granades,bombs,nothing work so fare ?

Attacking with the wand won't work. When you equip a Purging Wand (not the Drained Purging Wand) it will give you the ability Purge, as it says on the item. Using that ability on a shrieker will destroy it.

The wand grants a skill "Purge". Add it to your bar and cast the spell. Wands have four charges. If you ruin out, you are going to have to use the skill "Source Vapirism" when you get it. It has a shorter range and you have to carefully approach shriekers to get into range.

In Act 1, the easiest way to get past the shriekers near the end is to free Slane the Winter Dragon, who you can find chained up on a beach not far to the southeast of the shriekers . If you do this, the NPC mentioned in the spoiler tags takes care of them for you as soon as you get near them.

Failing that, there's two wands and a helmet that each grant a limited number of uses of the skill Purge. (I think on classic the wands gave you three shots each and the helmet was unlimited, but in DE I'm pretty sure all of them give you four, a decent upgrade for the wands and a big downgrade for the helm.) You must explicitly use this skill (on default gameplay settings, it should automatically appear on your skill bar when you've got a character equipped with one of these items), not just try to attack them with the wand. One use of this will destroy a shrieker outright. It has other uses but none that are nearly as nice as that one. If you find even one of the three relevant items and use it judiciously, you'll have enough uses of Purge to get through to the fight with Alexander and the Voidwoken Drillworm safely.

A little later in the game you get the skill Source Vampirism, which is essentially the same as Purge. From that point you can blow up a shreiker any time you've got a Source point to spare, so they become much less threatening.

Once you equip the wand with the purge ability, it will give you an ability called purge. It will be a green icon with some vampire teeth. It will be on your hotbar. Some items in-game can give you some skills, this is one of those items. You use the ability the wand gives you on the shrieker. This ability is powerful and is limited. Not all items with abilities are limited

Thanks a lot for lenghty explanation,one question :I have 4 NPC in my party ,if I make Dragon part of the party,then I have one of my present meber let it go,right ?After te get rid of shriekers,can I get my NPC back and where can I find him or her ?

The Dragon doesn't become part of the party. He just flies in like you were calling in a tactical strike from a jetbomber. He does it automatically when you reach the point where it would be necessary.
