how to get back to Hall of Echos after arrive in Arx?

the boat was destroyed when arriving in Arx, so the mirror on the boat which allows player to change their attributes was also gone. i heard that you can find the undestroyed Lady Vengence inside the Hall of Echos, and she still has that mirror with her. is there anyway for me to get into the Hall of Echos, so i can change my attributes again?

Its a waypoint you can teleport to, the same you you would to any other.

There are two waypoints. One is the Lady Vengeance, takes you to the wreck, the other is the hall of echoes and that takes you to the "ghost" ship.

Icon by the minimap lets you teleport anytime you want.

Press ESC > Waypoints > Hall of Echoes.
