Please help me! I'm underleveled for Reaper's Coast! :(
I am level 11 and am at Reaper's Coast. I have gone to all the areas mentioned in the following link that are for level 11 and below : https://divinityoriginalsin2.vidyawiki.com/Areas+By+Level

However, I am stil only just recently reached level 11. Is it designed in such a way that I am supposed to be going into fights a level or two below what enemies are? I am on Tactician Mode and it's difficult enough fighting enemies my own level, I'm scared to fight anyone higher. XD

No mate. That's about right. I land there level 10 or 11 and go on from there. Tactician. From there you just want to do all around where you land, Driftwood town, the little land mass to the west of driftwood, out the west gate. The east gate, the gallows, the brigde area, most of the graveyard is fine at 11. Venture out the north gate a bit. Really just explore/quest around the west/east/north gates and if you go too far out and run into mobs too high for you or not the same level, back away.

Level 11 is a good level to start reaper's coast.

Oh I started Reapers Coast at level 9. Is it possible I am just running out of xp to get and have to go on to the harder stuff?

I might have been 9 too. I can't really remember. I know i wasn't 11.

Some fights I have fought mobs 1 level higher, like at the paladin's bridgehaed place, but that has lots of blinds and the bad guys are trying to focus down the head paladin dude at the begining so it's pretty easy.

Yuo did the Lich? Wrecker's cave/cove? The cemetary? The scarecrows? The cows? The undertavern? Helped Hannag against the magisters? Rescued Silve at the gallows? Under the fishery across from the tavern? The prostitute upstairs at the tavern? I'm sure there's lots more. That's just the ones i could think of off the top of my head for around level 11 and 12. The arena fight?

At lvl 12 on tactician? Don't do it. Just don't. xD
I'd say, go for the main quest and get spirit vision asap, u get a lot more quests from that.

Ya, that's best. Go to the gallows and rescue Silve and do some of that main quest. Get you spirit vision.

Explore north until you get to the fields checkpoint, and use spirit vision. Explore around and you can get some quests done with no combat required and potentially a second source point pretty quickly as well. Also search west of the waypoint. Way up north you can grab lvl 15 chest armor at level 10 and keep it for a long period of time too.
I already have spirit vision as well as two source points. Idk I think I might just have to suck it up and fight some higher level mobs. XP

You're not underleveled.
Step up your game not your levels.
