So I got to cat and dog, I have ball and collar and when I start dialogue with each of them, they only argue.. I got the diamond reward, which I discovered with high wits I guess, but Im not able to finnish quest, Is it bug or am I missing something ? Im asking, because I guess ill get xp for finnishing it and I also want to unclog my quest book, thanks for the help ( also I do have petpal perk )

I wouldn’t worry about it. Bear in mind that it’s called a journal rather than a quest log (I’m pretty sure). It doesn’t necessarily mean everything in it is some mission that offers a reward, experience or otherwise. I personally, never use it. Ever.

Just fyi if you are looking for this: it is still bugged in 2024 and probably won't be fixed forever. You shouls go to the cellar first and then trigger this event upstairs. Else the only thing you can do to de-clutter your journal is to kill the pets.
