A lizard nightmare- bugged quest?

Hi all,
is this quest bugged-is there any way to close this quest properly?why they changed quest The consulate into this bugged one...

For me this quest is just blank. I don't quite remember when it showed up and I can't seem to get rid of it but it keeps saying "quest updated" and I have no clue what it's trying to say since it's just blank in the journal/quest book.

Same for me, blank quest log. Showed up shortly after getting to Arx

keep playing until you finish lizard embassy quest it will dissapear eventually

Reporting in, it's same for me (no mods or gift bags, DE). The quest appeared after talking to lizard in piligrims' camp, and it's blank. Prince has no updates on his personal quest log entry either. Apparently, it had never been fixed. Hopefully, it won't dead-block me from any significant plot arcs.
