Silver bar

Where can I find silver bar? Or how can I create this?

There should be a couple next to the forge itself, and another one in the little dock area where you fought the demons. (im assuming we are talking act 2, bloodmoon island)

There's a silver bar in the crate at the bridge-side entrance to Bloodmoon Island. I think there's another one in the Archive.
