Death knight build?
Uh, I'm wanting to use undead character with warfare and necro. Since i'm undead, going to need geo for poison lol. I'm wanting to have lots of str for this and little int. Would this be a viable build?

You don't really need the geo heal, maybe just like poison dart for emergencies, but the necro side will heal you a lot. And you don't want to bother chipping the magic armor of enemies your going to kill physically. If it helps your team comp to have another fossil strike, fortify, poison dart, etc, then yea go for it with maybe just a few points in int.

Warfare and Necro is a good combination. There are many Death Knight builds using that. The Death Knight build I like uses the Knight Preset for the 2H starting weapon.

Geo would also be a good fit on an INT-focused teammate so they can throw a poison dart your Undead's way. I would not put more then 4 INT onto a melee character, and that 4 is only to wear Act 4 INT-armor on a STR character to boost magic armor.
