Do enemies even have line of sight?
So i've run into problems with this a lot, but always assumed it was the enemy AI just having perfect knowledge and being able to exploit quirks. Just now though, I had an instance of an enemy outside of a building being able to attack me inside of a building through walls.

The dwarf you can barely see off to the right is able to throw grenades inside of the building, arcing them through solid wall. Are enemies actually even restricted by LoS?

Have you tried testing that specific spot for yourself? It could also be a missing hitbox on a section on that wall.

It looks like there's a few missing planks along the middle of the wall near where the fence ends, so that might be enough to get line of sight.

Could be the ai cheating. Cheating happens from time to time .
Like iv had ai getting out of cc and instead of passing it's turn it completely ignored mechanics.

Also had times where line of sight been an issue. Ai ignoring line of sight. I put one of my chars there to see and I could not shoot from there.
Archers arrows arch so I made sure to send my archer there and test.

Though the most frequent bug is def the ai getting out cc.

The missing planks are covered by some machine on the other side. I can't aim through it at all.

The building is in the livewood sawmill in act 2 if you want to look yourself.

i never had AI do "what you cant do"

but AI may know there is hole in wall he can shot while you propobly wouldent

so far i not seen AI do something ridicules beyond questionable AP using in few fights

Funnily, I've had the same dwarf throw grenades at me at a similar angle, except they all smashed against the wall and did nothing. I'm betting on the "unexpected hole in the wall" theory as well, as no one but the AI could think that maybe there's a hole in there.
Also I'm pretty sure that grenades are being lobbed at different angles than, say, arrows or fireballs, so they might get away with stuff other attacks wouldn't, and comparing with what your archer does might be misleading.

It's a typical problem with AI in all games. What humans see is not what AI see. Humans can't see collision meshes while AI can. If there's some tiny crack in the collision mesh, AI will use it and position itself perfectly to throw stuff at you through it.
