Old mods won't disappear from modlist?

I've deleted my Workshop folder for the game bu they're still there

Stupid question, but you unsubscribed from the mods in the workshop right?

Ok i have a soltion but its a pain in the a** first unsub everything from your steam ws then go in to documents/my games (was for me) look for larian open it and delete the mod folder there

I was asking b/C if you just delete the workshop folder on your pc, without unsubscribing to the mods, then as soon as you try to run the game again it redownloads them... You have to unsubscribe and then you can delete the folders... And you'll still probably need to start the game again to see them removed.

Ye thats the solotion i put but in fairness unsubing should do this i assume its due to the mod folder not being in the steam one

also workshop folder doenst do anything :P you need to delete the mod folder in the larien folder or they will still be there regardless but it works even if it is a pain

That's the way all mods through the workshop have worked for me. Unsub, then delete, then restart game...

ye iv never had to delete the workshop one as normaly unsubbing removes them from the mod list at least thats how it works on gmaes like TW and Stella

Just the way different games work with the workshop... I had the same problem as this in master of Orion, and skyrim before.

Yeah, deleted the Larian mods folder and now my game gives me an error on launch so.

thats odd as i tested it befour i recomended it and it worked fine for me

loaded up fine and mods were empty try repairing the game though steam you might of deleted something inportant by mistake
