Is it possible to fight the Doctor without Lohse in your party?

As the title says. I am Sworn and when I interact with the door of the Doctor's house it says that I'm too sick and the Doctor doesn't want to talk with me. Is it possible to go through the door and actually fight him?
EDIT: Just in case, I also have to say that I killed The Advocate on the second chapter, and Jahan too.

There are 2 characters who are sworn to the god king that the doctor wants dead. Kill them and you'll get an invitation to see him. If, since you're sworn, that doesn't work, then you can go to the right side area kind of near his house, and put a teleporter pyramid in that barrel, then cast that fish scroll from act 2 on it. Then go to that pyramid and you'll be in his basement.

Here is a really easy way to kill him, even with loshe. Unchain her and have her wait in the lounge, and have one person go talk to the doctor to distract him.While he is distracted slaughter all the nurses around him. Now that you have him in a 1v4, charge him with the whole party(including loshe) and prepare to nuke him with source skills.

I didn't ask for a really easy way to kill him, as even though I'm in tactician, all it took is one(actually two, Fane's unique ability is OP af) turn of Fane to bring him down, I made the thread because when I interacted with Doctor's door he said that I'm sick and he wishes me to die, all I had to do is to kill Isbeil, and the Doctor invited me to his house.
