Flesh Sacrifice question
Is the constitution loss from using Flesh Sacrifice permanent or you get it back at the end of the fight?
Thanks

It only lasts the duration of the damage bonus effect. However, it scales higher and higher as you level up. It'll be -4 con early, but later on it'll go to stuff like -7 later.

its probably the best racial the game offers.

If you have a lot of HP as you will as the game moves on, you won't notice the loss of con, but it will still happen; to make sure you regain it, use bedrolls.

Remember to have enough con incase you use a shield as Shields require the con stat and may end up losing the shield midbattle.

Gotta consider how that might benefit you too though. Early game, I often unequip my off hand item to gain access to sucker punch, a 1AP knockdown. Using flesh sacrifice to drop the shield can open up new possibilities for CC in a pinch, and could be a great option should your armor already be down.

That's the one thing I hate about Flesh Sacrifice is that it makes me drop my shield. Having to constantly re-equip it after fights is a pain in the PUPPIES. :eh::pill::B1:

To be fair, it is more of an aggressive ability than a defensive one. It really shouldn't be on a shielded character, though I can understand the case of a shielded mage.
