Should i keep letters/books/keys in invertory?
My invertory is a mess now and i really want to throw those letters/books after reading them and some keys those are useless. Is it ok? Are those letters/books/keys any importants late game?

Letters and books after you've read them can generally be tossed. Keys I keep, but I always throw them into a companion's backpack. Infinite space in there, gets them out of the way, and will still be pulled out on a lock that needs them.

Besides using backpacks to organize your inventory, if it's weight you're worried about, books and keys are shared among your entire party, no matter who's holding it(magic pockets).
