I've found this mod to be a godsend when it comes to inventory management: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1507020294
It has an 'Auto-bag' skill/item that will sort the character's inventory into the bags added by the mod. This is particularly handy for organising Potions, Grenades, and Arrows, but can also be handy for mass dumping Food items as they are surprisingly weighty.
Going mod-less, I assume?
A big tip I would say is to practically ignore Food, it weighs a lot and, for the most part, isn't very useful (Some can be handy for the temporary stat buffs, but you can make do without them).
Another tip would be to store Arrows, Grenades, Potions, and Scrolls in specific backpacks or pouches. It's generally not too much to ask to carry these items throughout the game as, aside from the grenades, they don't weigh much.
Another thing to note is that aside from collecting for the sake of collecting you don't need to carry the vast majority of books and notes with you. Crafting books especially, as you only need to read them once to get the recipes.

Oh its extern. Hmm ???
I know nexus but i am still a little bit scary to be honest. I will surely give it a try if i got all achievements but before i must think about it.
I remember and Lazarian said this:
"Mods can affect game difficulty, etc, though. AFAIK it is a Steam requirement to disable achievements when mods are used."
