Garvan Bug?
I found his wares but when i go to him i got no option to go any further. Any idea?

The quest is called red ink and i got a red flag on the map but no option for Garvan.

Well... Did you find something buried in the ground? Do voidwoken bury bodies when they kill?

If you have spirit vision, cast it in the area where you found the loot and it should progress the quest.

I already did and got another job. But no effect on Garvan.

you should be able to confront Garvan about it but he will always promptly deny knowledge.
at this point you want to kill him - you can fight him inside the tavern but it gets messy, you can teleport him out and kill him, or you can serve him special stew that makes him go to the outhouse and kill him.

No my question is about his stuff he wants me to bring back. I found it but it does not work out.

The stash of the merchants is not where he is buried and you only learn of its location upon showing Garvan's head to Liam. The backpack laying there is not "the" stuff Garvan's after.

I just found out. He wants the chest too. It has nothing to do with Liam.

Well fudge looks like I'm the idiot. It's just I never gave that scumbag what he wanted in any of my playthroughs lol.

I believe you talk w/ the woman currently, um, suffering in the outhouse, and she will give you the recipe. I also believe it does not show up under Food, but maybe...Items? Can't quite remember.

that woman is cursing me every time i knocked her door and does not give me a thing, but i tried some cooking relentlessly and at last understand that its a tainted stew and is made up of meaty stew and void tainted fish if anyone is interested you can find ingredients in tavern kitchen and inside barrels near dock

I believe she doesn't give you the recipe until you've advanced the quest we're talking about re Garvan, but I'm glad you got the recipe another way.
