Blood Dowry issue
I found Dorian's journal, I know what's going on, yet I can't confront him about it. I talked to him before going to his house and I already had a hunch and suggested foulplay, and now my character receives the response "What are you going to ask me to kill my aunt too?" every time without option to confront him about his plan, even though now I have proof.

Telling his step-father doesn't do anything because he's just like "Of course it's for the money! I don't care."

So I seemingly can't progress with this quest. Should I just kill Dorian?

Secondly, I am also doing the other dwarf quest (with Justinia) as I read they are recommended to do together, I killed Isbeil but Justinia is nowhere to be found of course.

Seems I'm really good at breaking this game's quests (never found Higba either). I did read Justinia may be in Kemm's place, but I have yet to check.

Justinia should be in a hidden area to the left of the deathfog machine. I think there's a wall you can just walk right through.

Yes, I went through there. A bunch of royal protector bodies and my character even says "that sounds like Justinia!" She's not there. She's not in the secret room hidden there either.

Found Justinia in Kemm's mansion, still can't figure out Blood Dowry.

Try talking to him as a different character.

Yup, I did. But all of my other characters have 0 Persuasion, and to proceed with the quest you have to pass a Persuasion check (it appears that way, at least). I could do a temporary respec to get someone else's Persuasion up, but I was hoping someone here would be like "oh you need to do <insert simple thing here>" before I went through that rig-a-ma-roll.

I'd bet there's a way to mod/adjust the game files to make it seem like my MC has never spoken to Dorian before, but that's probably more work than just doing a temp respec.
