Can anyone recommend a "progress route" for act 2? Spoilers

as in which areas to go to first? The map is really open unlike act 1 which is really linear. there's places like bloodmoon island and the blackpits for example and I'm not sure what levels to attempt them at.

The beach and the drawbridge > Driftwood > canyons and cave west of town > Graveyard > fields north of Driftwood > Blackpits > lumbermill > Paradise Downs > Cloisterwood > Bloodmoon.

Not perfect, but it should follow most levels as guides. Mostly you want to look at enemy level.
