i killed him ,im now doing the arena quest but is that bad for later on? i dont think i have the saev file anymore of before i killed him

Nope it's not bad, he has nothing to do with the arena. Did you kill him after the Love has a Price quest?

no i killed him right after i got robbed after i slept with that lizard lol i had a choice of ''taking care of him now'' so i did but im not sure if future quest will fail now because i see in my log i need to figure out lovik plans or something like that
