replayability depends on you and if you want to play a different way and make different choices, there are definitely different sides to take throughout the game
pc can be played with controller too though I've never tried it so I don't know how good it is
The replay value simply depends on how much you enjoy the game and its combat as the primary replay value comes from trying new builds. Things do play out differently with different characters in the party and there are different ways to progress, keeping playthroughs somewhat unique. You just have to want to try things you missed with new builds.
It does have full controller support, but the controls are much more suited to a mouse. When I did try a controller, everything felt clunky and tedious. But it does work should that be your preference.
I did find Sir Lora entertaining, but it's basically just like adding another storied companion to your party, but one who you can't control and doesn't fight in combat. It's not a huge addition, so in my opinion, not worth rebuying the whole game for. But if you do end up buying the PC version for whatever reason, then I do recommend the Sir Lora DLC.
The workshop is mostly just mechanics reworks, so you can play the game the way you want to, but you also can't get achievements with mods on.
That's not to say M&KB will be a totally game changing experience as a whole, but it's a lot more convenient compared to playing with a controller.
M&KB is just uncomfortable in general after a long period of time, but I think you just have to accommodate based on the game. For me, most single player RPGs, or single player third person narratives, fighting games - I'm for sure playing with a controller. But simulation games, MMOs, isometric games, or third person PVP games - I have to play with M&KB. I'm definitely playing Cyberpunk with a controller on PC.
But Divinity is a game with a lot of menu navigating, so M&KB is the better option, imo.
If its the same as the console then it will be fine. I play diablo on the console, ark on console and pc both with the pad. for me mouse and keyboard is needed only on percision building or sim city style games but thats down to personal taste and the fact I am a sofa gamer not a desktop one (sitting at a desk just feels too much like being at work lol)
