About killing Majisters in ACT II
So I have never played ACT II before & after realizing what The Magisters have been doing in ACT I I wanted to slaughter all possible evil Magisters. However; in ACT II It won't let me go on a killing spree like Fort Joy. It kinda sucks. Everyone else would attack me. I wish I could just simply say; "But the Magisters are doing this in Fort Joy....."
& make it be a persuasion check & then be able to kill the Magisters that way.
I think I might have done ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up ACT II tbh, but I don't want to work for the Magisters.
The only reason why I have so many hours in DOS 2 is bcs of character creation trying to create an OP character & I think I've done it. My main is a chest thrower it insta kills people & can do up to 10k+ damage lol

Learn Spirit Vision. Cast it in front of the Magisters and only they will attack you. The people see it as "self defense" I guess and won't attack.

Where do I go about this?
The most I've done was kill the demons on blood moon isle, or whatever the hell that was but I have to go back to the isle to do something. But I decided to wait until I'm proper lvl as insta killing ppl at lower lvl than the current mission lvl is kinda not fun bcs once its the enemies turn lol
I'm lvl 12 & they were lvl 15 lol So like I said; I think I might have ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up ACT II

After you save Magister Siwa and meet your God, he should have taught you the skill. It lets you see spirits. It uses no source to actually cast so you can go around spamming it as it's on a short cool down timer.

Do i have to talk to a magister to start the quest or where is the location to save Siwa?

Siwa is the Lizard hanging from the gallows by her arms right outside of Driftwood. Instead of taking the bridge in the town, take the path north. You'll see her with two Magisters. When you talk to her and free her, you'll battle said Magisters with some backup. She will tell you to meet her in her home. This will start the chain which teaches you Spirit Vision and the quest chain "Mastering the Source"

Alright bcs after what The Magisters did in Fort Joy; they don't deserve to live so thus why I posted on here bcs I was unbelievable P.O'D when I couldn't kill them to continue the roleplaying experience. I figured that your character got traumatized from the magisters during Fort Joy & vowed to kill all Magisters so no one would have to go through the same fate.

The reality is though, as you progress, you should realize that the magisters really aren't evil. Pretty much all of them are normal people who tried to make a living by joining a faction's army. It's like calling a german soldier evil because of what nazis did in WWII when that soldier was doing exactly what the Allies' soldiers were doing. What they were told. Its the leadership and such that were the bad ones on most cases and the reality is not too much different for the magisters.

Sure, there are specific examples that might be different, but overall they really aren't that bad. They're just doing what they're told and literally everyone believes that sourcerers like your characters are to blame.

I think you must be doing something else to get the people in on the fight. I always sanitize the town in Act 2 and none of the vendors or anyone else seems to mind.

My current game on the go is actually just past that point. On arrival, I went down to the dock where they are loading the boat and killed them all without talking to them. Nobody else joined in on either side.

Then I take out the ones by the vendors, then inside the magister headquarters, then the couple over by the fishery along with the psycho workers.

The vendors don't seem to mind at all.

Are you sure you didn't put some ground effect down that an innocent bystander happened to walk into?

My main is a chest thrower; so I use her to start the fights. I would throw the chest at the magisters while making sure no vendor was nearby to get hit. But I got the problem solved by using spirit vision to kill them all. lol. I just don't want to work for the magisters I would rather gain EXP by killing them, I'm sure some quests could give you exp then killing them, but turning in someone with source to be sent to Fort Joy knowing very well you slaughtered all the Magisters there, wasn't my thing lol.
