Dumora Lam (Act 4 Unique Wand) New Location?

Good Evening Folks,

Currently doing a Duo LW run with me as an Elementalist, using wand/shield build.

Was searching for the Unique wand in Act 4, Dumora Lam, which was previously found in Adramahlihk's Realm, which I understand was removed in the Definitive Edition.

Does anyone happen to know the new location for this wand?

EDIT: Nevermind. Apparently if I don't have Lohse in my party, Malady never appears to take you to the dimension. Well that sucks, no wand for me, bloody hell. Thank you to Chaoslink for the reply.

The realm was removed or the wand? Because if you're referring to the candles thing, that's still around.

I read that the quest that brings you to the realm was removed:

Quest was removed and replaced with "Doctor's Orders" if I'm reading this correctly?

Where can I find the candles? Apologies, this is my first time in Act 4, so this is all new to me, lol.

Looking at the new quest, actually, the dimension is just part of the new quest. Malady was never at or near the Black House and never offered to take me to the dimension? Any reason for this?

That segment isn't a quest in the sense that it won't appear as such in the journal anymore. The actual events still happen. However, they're only available with Lohse in the party.
